Free standard delivery for UK mainland orders over £50*

Standard delivery is sent second class and should arrive 2-3 working days from when the shipping confirmation is received. We aim to send out all orders placed before 1pm on the same day. 

During busy times, standard delivery can take a little longer.

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it (if it placed before 1pm). In busy times it may take us a little bit longer. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail, DDP or DHL. A signature may be required when you receive your parcel, depending on value and parcel dimensions. 

Next working day delivery from £10+ dependent on weight– order must be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch.

Order placed Monday – Thursday before 1pm will be delivered the next working day. **

Order placed from 1pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. **

Next Day delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands: please allow 2 days for delivery, although Next Day is available in some areas. 

** Next Day is a DDP Local delivery aim. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier such as bad weather or high seasonal volumes. 

Next Day Saturday delivery from £20.50

For orders placed after 1pm on Thursday/ shipping Friday.

International Shipping:

• Rates are based on weight & size starting from £19.99.

• Additional shipping charges may apply on some orders due to size. A payment request will be sent as soon as the order is packed and the correct shipping is calculated.

• Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to additional charges including customs charges. Import Duty, VAT and Customs charges are payable by recipient. J-Joo does not accept liability for any additional costs other that shipping cost offered at time of purchase. If orders are returned due to lack of payment of customs charges, shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• Sales Tax: VAT is removed at point of checkout. 

International shipping rates are available at check-out starting from £19.99 for the lightest orders. Please be aware that for heavy items the shipping charges can be high depending on country.
